Rescheduled After Irma: Same service on a different date.

 

Pick up of bulky waste in the Village's single-family residential neighborhoods occurs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of the second full week of every month. Crews from Waste Management (WM), the Village's solid waste/recycling contractor, visit a specific section of single-family and duplex homes each day. Residential area of the Village are divided into Zones 1, 2, 3 and 4.

The color-coded maps on Page 2 of the flyers below show pick-up zones and dates for each of the four days comprising bulky-waste pickup weeks in 2017.

NOTE: Maps for 2017 will be hand-delivered in early January.

 

Please consult the Solid Waste and Recycling web page to know what items can be disposed of in your pile, and when you or your gardener may place the pile on the swale or curb.



Friday, September 15 29, 2017 - (Yellow Zone on color-coded pick-up map): Bulky waste will be picked up from West Heather Drive to West McIntyre Street and from Fernwood Road to Harbor Point Drive.

 

Other zones:

  • Monday, September 11 25, 2017 (Green Zone on color-coded pick-up map): Bulky waste will be picked up from West McIntyre Street to West Mashta Drive and from Fernwood Road to Harbor Drive.
  • Tuesday, September 12 26, 2017 (Blue Zone on color-coded pick-up map): Bulky waste will be picked up in the triangular area bordered by Harbor Drive - Fernwood Road - West McIntyre Street, as well as in the Holiday Colony area  on the east side of Crandon Boulevard.
  • Thursday, September 14 28, 2017 (Pink Zone on color-coded pick-up map): Bulky waste will be picked south of West Mashta Drive in the Cape Florida area and on Mashta Island.
