Mission Statement/Responsibilities
 
The Winter Concert Advisory Committee was approved via Ordinance 2011-10, adopted on 2nd reading on August 30, 2011. According to Section D, Jurisdiction:

"The jurisdiction of the Committee shall be limiied to evaluating and recommending to the Village Council performers for winter concerts within the Village. The jurisdiction of the Committee shall be solely advisory. Final advisory action of the Committee shall be in the form of a written recommendation provided to the Village Council. Upon submittal and presentation of the recommendation, the Committee's jurisdiciton shall cease and the Committee shall terminate unless extended by resolution of the Village Council."

Meeting Time and Place

The day and time of regular meetings will be announced after the WCSC's initial meeting, tentatively scheduled for 6:30 pm, October 4, 2011 in the Village Manager's Conference Room (Suite 210, Village Hall). Meetings are open to the public and advertised, and in the following location:
