Village Manager Andrea Agha will participate in Principal TODAY at the Key Biscayne K-8 Center on December 6, 2018.

She will shadow Principal Silvia Tarafa and observe what it takes to run the K-8 Center as part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools' Principal TODAY program. The program enlists civic and business leaders to partner with local schools and encourages long-term, beneficial relationships for students and the broader community.

Manager Agha and Principal Tarafa attended a special kick-off breakfast on November 28th at Jungle Island for principals and community leaders to plan their day at school. See photo below from the event.

Manager Agha looks forward to her behind-the-scenes visit on December 6th. Principal TODAY participation will strengthen the partnerships between community leaders and the school district.
