The dockless bikesharing platform from California started rolling out their signature bright green bicycles this week at locations around the Village. If you want to pick one up yourself, you can find them at designated bike racks near the Key Biscayne Community Center, Village Hall, the Square Shopping Center, the Library, and the Beach Park.

Rides are FREE thru the weekend of June 25, 2017!

Lime Bike bicycleLimeBikes are GPS-enabled, making it simple for riders to find, unlock and pick up a nearby bike using LimeBike's mobile app. The dockless network and integrated self-activating lock eliminates the time and hassle of having to return bikes to a docking station. When finished, riders simply lock the bike where they want to leave it and see the ride's final statistics instantly in the app.

LimeBike aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.

Lime Bike groupAfter the free promotional period this week, rides will cost just $1 for every 30 minutes. Similar to Uber or Lyft, anyone with a credit card and smartphone can access a LimeBike.

You can download the LimeBike app at the iTunes AppStore or Google Play
