Traffic Alert: Stormwater Installation - East Side of Crandon Blvd Near Towers Entrance March 3-10, 2017

Posted: Friday, March 3, 2017 11:45 am

As part of Task 1 of the Stormwater Implementation Plan, the contractor, V-Engineering, will be installing a backflow prevention device on Crandon Blvd near the entrance of the Towers Condominium.

The project will begin on Friday, March 3, 2017 and will take approximately one week for completion. Work hours, including on Saturday to expedite completion of this emergency installation, are 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Residents should expect a one lane closure along the northbound side of Crandon with minimal impact to traffic. See map below of traffic plan plus  notification signs for land and sidewalk closures (NOTE: Street names are incorrect on the map but the work location across from the end of Pines Canal at the bus turnout area is clear).
