TS Gordon Update #2: Tropical Storm Warning Remains in Effect with Heavy Rain, Localized Flooding; High Tide at 4:15 p.m.

TS Gordon is moving WNW at approximately 16 mph and is expected to emerge from the Florida Keys over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico in early afternoon.

A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for Key Biscayne. Heavy rains and winds, with higher gusts, will continue through the afternoon  Total rain accumulation of 2-4 inches is expected with isolated higher amounts possible over South Florida peninsula.

High tide will be at 4:15 p.m. today  on Key Biscayne. Be advised that high tide may exacerbate localized flooding in parts of the Village. Please use caution when driving and do not cross flooded street areas.
