The criminal act occurred while the residents were asleep, and upon waking, startled the subject who ran from the home along with his accomplice. The 2017 Miami Marathon and Half Marathon will take place on Sunday, January 29, 2017. Expect traffic delays on both sides of the Rickenbacker Causeway that will be part of the marathon race course (see map below) from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Drivers should allow extra time to leave and return to Key Biscayne during the race. The Key Biscayne Feline Trap, Neuter and Release team will be trapping unneutered community cats on Sunday, January 22, 2017 between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. along 100-400 blocks of Fernwood Road and the 200 block of Cypress Drive. Cat owners are urged to keep their pet cats indoors so that they will not be trapped. Please do not feed outdoor community
