Key Biscayne is under a Tropical Storm Warning according to the latest bulletin from the National Weather Service in Miami. Expect 2 to 4 inches of rain today with localized flooding with the passage of Tropical Storm Gordon. Locally higher rainfall amounts may occur over the next 24 hrs.
