As chief executive officer of the Village government, the Village Manager is responsible for providing and exercising supervision and disciplinary control over the necessary administrative and operating staff in conjunction with official Village Council policies. The Village Manager:
- assists in adopting a financial plan
- develops and recommends alternative solutions to community problems for Council consideration
- plans and develops programs to meet the future physical, social, and cultural needs of the Village.
