The Village of Key Biscayne is conducting two surveys to understand the needs of 1) older adults and 2) residents who serve as caregivers for sick, disabled and/or elderly family members.
These surveys were developed by the Key Biscayne Community Foundation with the help of the VKB’s Senior Services Department, Bob and Pat Molinari, Ed Stone, and the ASK Club in order to assess the need for specialized senior services on the island and family-respite care. We need as many surveys completed and returned as soon possible. Please help us spread the word by sharing with friends and family members, whom this would apply to, as well.
CLICK THE LINKS TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY ELECTRONICALLY- You may fill out both surveys if they apply to you. Please note that caregivers of any age may fill out the second survey.
OR PRINT THE SURVEY & SUBMIT - Hard copies of the surveys may be printed out by clicking these links: Seniors Survey PDF and Caregivers Survey PDF. You may also request hard copies from the KBCF by calling (305) 361-2770 or visiting their office on the 2nd floor of Village Hall. All completed surveys, that are not electronic, can be submitted to the KBCF staff to manually enter the data. Let us know if you have any questions.
