2009 FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM)
The FIRM, a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) map that shows different elevation zones based on 100-year flood data, is used to specify how high the first finished floor of new construction must be in a flood hazard zone. (Note: This is the most recent full color map issued by FEMA.) Four individual 2009 FIRM Panels are included below for easier viewing:
