Hurricane Dorian Alert #8: Sandbag Available at Beach Park After 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 30, 2019

Posted: Friday, August 30, 2019 8:00 am

Sand, bags, ties and shovels are available at the Beach Park after 10:00 a.m. on Friday. Sandbags are first come, first served. Be prepared to do-it-yourself as we have limited Village staff available. We ask you take 5 bags per home on the honor system so others can have sand as well.

The Beach Club has graciously offered parking inside their facility.  Golf carts preferred. To expedite traffic flow, use East Enid Drive to enter the parking lot and exit down Galen and Sunrise Drives. Please see the map below for traffic flow instructions for picking up sandbags.

Please continue to closely monitor the National Hurricane Center website for the latest storm updates.
