Online Business Tax Portal

Welcome to the Village of Key Biscayne's Online Business Tax Portal

The Local Business Tax Receipts (BTR) were mailed out on September 1, 2020.   If you have not received your renewal, please visit our new portal Accela Citizen Access

This system allows you to search for your license, pay online and print your receipt.  Please refer to the BTR User Guide for instructions on how to do so.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • You may still pay for your BTR with a check
  • Please mail check made to: Village of Key Biscayne or drop off at Drop Box, located outside of the Building Division

Every business and licensed professionals located or operating within the Village needs to obtain a Local BTR to operate.  In addition, every business is also required to obtain a Miami-Dade County Local Business Tax Receipt.

If you have closed your business, closed your office in the Village of Key Biscayne, or are no longer working for the company associated to your professional license:

  • Submit confirmation from Sunbiz showing either the business closed or the change of address.
  • Have former employer send an email to BTR@keybiscayne.fl.gov confirming your Professional License is no longer valid due to termination of employment.

Please provide any changes to your BTR and any question you might have to BTR@keybiscayne.fl.gov

Thank you for your patience during this transition.
