On Thursday, September 23 at 6:00 p.m., the Village of Key Biscayne is hosting its second in a series of town halls to address the future of stormwater management.
The purpose of this town hall is to present the results of the recent stormwater survey. Additionally, residents will have the opportunity to engage in discussions about possible flood management solutions and how those approaches will impact our community and its surroundings.
Village representatives, along with engineers from AECOM, will educate our community about the creation of water storage and treatment options and learn more about upgrading to an actively pumped system.
This town hall will take place at the Key Biscayne Community Center, 10 Village Green Way, in the Island Room.
*This event will be available on Zoom using zoom ID 231 627 8515 and on Channel 77 for those who cannot attend in person. *
One or more councilmembers may be in attendance.
