The Village of Key Biscayne offers a free, Online Citizen Access Account (ACA) to help citizens and vendors stay up-to-date with their permits and inspections.

Online Citizen Access (ACCELA CITIZEN ACCESS)

If you are a new user you may register for a free Online Citizen Access account (ACA). It only takes a few simple steps and you'll have the added benefits of seeing a complete history of applications, access to invoices and receipts, checking on the status of pending activities, and more.

Please follow these instructions to check/request Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Zoning, Tree or Public Works inspections or check/research permits online.
